Amy Silvey came to Clay & Company in 1998 and was named Vice President in 2001 and Partner in 2017. Amy is a Licensed Texas Real Estate Agent and Certified Commercial Investment Member, a professional designation awarded by the CCIM Institute. Amy is responsible for the management of Clay & Company's in-house, commercial real estate investment portfolio including cash flow management and budgeting, accounting oversight, and communicating with and reporting to investment partners. In addition, Amy assists clients from beginning to end in their brokerage transactions. Along with Tim and Kevin, Amy was the recipient of Honorable Mention for the 2013 William C. Jennings Commercial Transaction of the Year from the Texas Association of REALTORS®. Prior to joining the firm Amy worked in banking for ten years. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Finance from Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, LA. She resides in Pearland.
Kevin is a Licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and a Certified Commercial Investment Member, a designation awarded by the CCIM Institute. He is responsible for representing buyers and sellers for retail, office, land, industrial, and investment projects. In addition, Kevin is actively involved in the investment division of Clay & Company. He is responsible for identifying and evaluating in-house investment opportunities and maintains a successful portfolio of personal investments. In April of 2014, Kevin was chosen by Real Estate Forum Magazine as one of Tomorrow's Leaders of Texas and in 2013, along with Tim and Amy, Kevin was the recipient of Honorable Mention for the William C. Jennings Commercial Transaction of the Year from the Texas Association of REALTORS®. Prior to joining the company, Kevin worked as the Sales Director for REDNews with territories in Houston, Austin, and San Antonio and he currently serves on their Advisory Board. Kevin is originally from San Antonio and graduated from Texas Christian University in 2005.
Katie Dalrymple joined Clay & Company in 2006. She oversees the marketing concept for each sector of the firm - brokerage, investment, and development - and is responsible for maintaining Clay & Company's external communications. Katie works to advance Clay & Company’s exposure and promote clients' listings seeking new ways to reach potential buyers and sellers. In addition, Katie assists in the writing and editing of internal communication materials for investment services. Prior to joining the company, Katie worked for Polo Ralph Lauren in New York and for the Rothko Chapel in Houston. Katie graduated from Saint Agnes Academy and Texas Christian University.
Kyle Geary joined Clay & Company in the summer of 2017 specializing in tenant and buyer representation, property dispositions, and investment transactions.
Before joining Clay & Company, Kyle spent six years as a Director at Newmark Knight Frank. Prior to that, he was a Broker Associate with Transwestern and Richland Investments bringing almost ten years of commercial real estate experience to the Clay & Company team.
Kyle has a bachelor's degree in business administration with a major in finance from Texas Christian University. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Texas.
Tim is the Founder and Chairman of Clay & Company. He started Clay & Company almost 30 years ago in 1991. With more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, Tim specializes in the purchase and sale of investment properties and serves as general partner for over 25 real estate investment partnerships. Along with Amy and Kevin, Tim was the recipient of Honorable Mention for the 2013 William C. Jennings Commercial Transaction of the Year from the Texas Association of REALTORS®. Tim is a native of Monroe, Louisiana and a graduate of Louisiana State University. Tim is retired but serves as a trusted advsior to Clay & Company.
